GreenWave’s staff has over 50 years of combined experience in electromagnetic design, antenna design and analysis. Our experience includes RF and microwave circuit design as well as antenna design and development from HF to millimeter wave. We leverage our years of experience with state-of-the-art 3D EM simulation tools running on high performance computing hardware to quickly develop and evaluate designs to meet customer requirements and specifications.

GreenWave engineers have experience designing, fabricating and testing custom antennas ranging from no-profile, tactical, non-tactical, low profile, electronically steerable arrays, and plated plastic, lightweight designs.

Working with the customer, we can customize existing products or create unique designs to meet specific requirements or provide unique capabilities. Using state-of-the-art EM simulation tools, we can evaluate and refine  designs to meet requirements to insure it performs the first time.

Our design expertise extends beyond the electromagnetic design of an antenna or component. Our extensive manufacturing expertise produces designs that meet manufacturability requirements for volume production, if required. We produce designs that not only meet the EM requirements, but are also manufacturable. We utilize state-of-the-art mechanical modeling and CAD/CAM tools to create efficient, practical designs. Our in-house prototyping and low volume production capabilities can deliver initial prototypes for verification through low rate initial production runs.

Using skilled operators and an in-house prototype machine shop capability including two Industrial Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs),  a 3D Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) part printer, most prototype and production units can be realized quickly with little to no reliance on outside vendors.

Whether it requires vacuum formed radomes, specialized material processing, or fiberglassed body panels, our fabrication capabilities are extensive as it relates to machining and fabrication.
